Alert List Policy

It is the policy of iSoftpull to not sell Credit Bureau Data to businesses on the respective bureaus alert list. To ensure that Data is not sold to companies and/or associated individuals on the Alert List, iSoftpull utilizes the Alert List when credentialing potential Subscribers as part of the new account credentialing requirements. or subsequently adds an additional bureau. To adhere to this policy, iSoftpull compares each element identified below of a listed company to its entire current Subscriber base. Should there be a match between any of its Subscribers and a company appearing on the CRA Reseller Alert List, the CRA Reseller must prevent and/or immediately discontinue the provision of Consumer Reports to these Subscribers or to any individuals associated with them.
