Consumer Dispute Policy

In the event that a consumer reaches out to you (the end-user company) because they suspect they are a victim of identity theft/fraud OR they need to file a credit report dispute, please direct them to iSoftpull’s dispute page at https://www.isoftpull.com/disputes.

iSoftpull has policies in place for assisting consumers with these issues, and we're happy to help. Your consumer can reach us by phone at (760) 579-6171 and ask to speak with someone in Compliance, or they may file a dispute by submitting a dispute form using the link below.

As such, you are required to share iSoftpull's dispute policy and dispute page url with your consumers. Please display the dispute instructions and a link to the dispute page somewhere on your website to ensure you are in compliance with iSoftpull's consumer dispute policy.
