Do you need to store proof of consent?

Do you need to store proof of consent?

Yes, under FCRA law you are required to record and safely store consent for up to 60-months. To ensure A+ compliance, iSoftpull simultaneously audits clients to ensure they are capturing, recording, and storing consumer consent for every report generated. If iSoftpull users are unable to provide proof of consent when audited, they will be prohibited from using the platform. Check out our guide for storing consent here.
