You will be required to provide iSoftpull with a copy of or documentation of your consent capture method. For example, if you are using a consent authorization form (we have a template!), simply provide iSoftpull with a copy of the form or application that you're going to use to capture consent. If you're using a webform, submit screenshots and confirm that it is ESIGN Act compliant. Finally, if you're capturing consent over the phone, answer the "iSoftpull - Phone Consent" questionnaire (4 questions), which your onboarding specialist will send to you.
