Onboarding Mode and Account Set Up

As soon as you have completed your end user agreements and we have ordered your onsite inspection, you will be given access to the platform in our "Onboarding Mode". You will know if your are in onboarding mode because there is a green banner across the top that says Onboarding Mode.

The purpose of the Onboarding Mode stage is to get your team access to the platform, set up your users and branches, and familiarize yourselves with the platform. During this time we will make ourselves available for training and user setup, though its pretty intuitive! We also developed in platform tutorials to walk you though pulling your first reports.  Your company will remain in Onboarding Mode while we complete your onboarding and order your credit bureau codes, that way when your codes arrive and your onsite inspection is complete, your company will have immediate access and familiarity to pull credit!

In Onboarding Mode, we will provide your team sample credit profiles and names and address to pull credit on. They are also provided in a link below this article. In Onboarding Mode, only the test applicants provided will run. This is because your account is not fully set up yet and you credit bureau codes have not been configured thus you cannot pull live credit reports on real people. Consider Onboarding mode "pre-access" to the platform to get your team set up and trained.
