How do you capture a consumers consent?

Capturing consumer consent to pull their credit is easy to do with iSoftpull. There three primary methods for capturing consent: online, over the phone, or in-person. When capturing consent online you can use an e-sign complaint form that contains a one-page consumer authorization form to get their permission to pull credit. If capturing consent in person, you can use wet ink to have the client sign a one-page authorization form. Or, if you use a call center you can capture consent over the phone using a recorded line.
