Employee Linking System Setup

The purpose of the employee linking system is to enable your team to insert hyperlinks to relevant destinations on their forms. For example, let's assume you have a soft pull form that you have shared to your employees with a call to action of "schedule a meeting" upon pre-qualification. Each employee will want their unique calendar to pop up when their borrower clicks schedule meeting. This can easily be accomplished through the employee linking system. 

Please follow these instructions to integrate the employee linking systems into your credit webforms. 

Step 1.

Each user must populate their relevant links in their iSoftpull profile. To populate your link, click on your user avatar in the lower lefthand corner and then click "Account"


Step 2.

Click the pencil icon and fill in the following fields with your personal information:
  1. Phone number
  2. Webpage URL
  3. Calendar URL
  4. Application URL



Step 3.

Once you have updated all of the personal linking fields click the green update button to save.

Each user must update their personal links at their account level to ensure the Employee Linking System populates their personal links.
