Populating Employee Links in Webform Responses
iSoftpull's Employee Linking System allows you to display personalized employee links in webform response messages. After your consumer fills out a form, they will be displayed Intelligence messaging with links specific to the employee associated with the form. The following article outlines how to populate these links in your response messages.
The Employee Linking System works by using special hashtags coded to each link type. The hashtag serves as a placeholder when constructing the body of your response. When the response is live, a dynamic link will be populated in place of the hashtag that is specific to your employees. If your employee has not setup their Employee Linking System in their iSoftpull account, your default company links will be populated.

Keep reading to learn how to use the Employee Linking System in your Intelligence response messages:
Step 1.
Select the "Message" response option and create your Intelligence response messaging. Use the special Employee Linking Hashtags in the portion(s) of your response where you want customized inputs specific to your employees. You can view a list of the hashtags by selecting the "info" icon on the right hand corner of each response type.
Step 2.
Select the employee link type you would like to use and click the box icon to the right to copy the selected hashtag and then press the blue "ok" button.
Step 3.
Paste the copied hashtag in the portion of the response body where you want the employee link to be populated.
Step 4.
Once you have completed all of the response fields you can preview each of your messages by clicking the eye icon in the right hand corner. In the preview, you can see how the links will look (based on your account's personal employee links). When you share the Intelligence, your user's personal links will appear.
Once you are satisfied with your response messages press the green "save" button to finish setting up your intelligence.
