We’ve released an updated version of the iSoftpull HubSpot integration with improvements ahead of our public HubSpot Marketplace launch.
If you already installed an earlier version of the iSoftpull HubSpot integration, please follow the steps below to update to the latest version.
If you have never installed the iSoftpull HubSpot integration before, please follow our Standard Setup Guide (linked) for new users instead.
1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. Click the Marketplace icon in the top navigation bar.
3. Select Connected Apps.
4. Locate the iSoftpull app.
5. Click the Actions dropdown menu.
6. Select Uninstall app.
7. Type the uninstall confirmation text when prompted.
8. Click Uninstall button.
Once completed, proceed to the updated installation steps below.
Note: Uninstalling the previous app version will not remove your existing HubSpot contacts or configured contact layout tabs.
If you previously installed the iSoftpull HubSpot integration or received the iSoftpull HubSpot Integration Early Access update email from our team, your HubSpot integration access is already enabled and you are ready to proceed with installation.

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. Open the new Hubspot x iSoftpull Integration Install Link
3. Choose the account to download app
5. During installation, log in using your iSoftpull credentials.
6. Click Done to complete setup.
If you previously created the “Credit Reports” tab within your HubSpot contact layout, you do not need to recreate the tab. You only need to add the updated iSoftpull Credit Report Summary card to the existing tab.
1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts.
2. Open any existing contact record.
3. At the top of the contact record, click Customize.
4. Select Default view to open the layout editor.
5. Open the existing Credit Reports tab (or whichever tab you previously used for the iSoftpull integration).
6. Click Add card.
7. Select the Card Library tab and search for:
iSoftpull Credit Report Summary
9. Click Save to apply the changes.
Once saved, the updated iSoftpull Credit Report Summary card will appear within the Credit Reports tab and is ready for use.
You must have appropriate HubSpot permissions to install apps and edit contact layouts.
Credit report access and available bureaus depend on your iSoftpull account configuration.
This configuration only needs to be completed once per HubSpot account.
Once the integration is installed and configured, you’re ready to begin pulling credit reports directly inside HubSpot.
