This article explains how Zoho CRM administrators can install, configure, and manage the iSoftpull integration, as well as how to run and access credit reports inside Zoho CRM.
This guide is intended for:
Zoho CRM administrators
Operations or IT teams responsible for CRM integrations
iSoftpull account administrators
Admins are responsible for enabling access, installing the integration, connecting accounts, selecting modules, and managing permissions.
The iSoftpull integration allows teams to run consumer credit reports directly inside Zoho CRM and store them on Lead and Contact records. Credit reports can be pulled from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, keeping credit data centralized and tied to CRM records.
Before installing the integration:
You must have an active iSoftpull account
You must be a Zoho CRM administrator
Your iSoftpull account must be enabled for Zoho CRM access
If access has not yet been enabled, contact the iSoftpull team to get started.
Note: The iSoftpull integration is currently installed using a direct download link. Once the extension is live in the Zoho Marketplace, this section will be updated to reflect Marketplace installation steps.
Log in to Zoho CRM as an administrator.
Open the following direct installation link in your browser and click Install:

Connect your iSoftpull account when prompted.
Immediately after clicking the install link, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your iSoftpull account to connect it with Zoho CRM.
Enter your iSoftpull login credentials.
Approve the connection between Zoho CRM and iSoftpull.
Note: The iSoftpull account used in this step determines which credit reporting access, permissions, and report summary settings apply to Zoho CRM users.
Complete the installation to finish enabling the integration.
During installation, you’ll be prompted to configure the integration.
Choose which Zoho CRM modules the integration should be enabled for.
Leads and Contacts are typically selected.
Review the permissions requested by the integration.
Approve access to allow iSoftpull to create, read, and attach credit report data to CRM records.
Admins control which users can run credit reports by managing Zoho CRM permissions.
Ensure users have access to the enabled modules (Leads and/or Contacts).
Confirm users have permission to view buttons, attachments, and related lists.
If a user cannot see the Run Credit Report button, review their CRM role and profile settings.
Best practice: Limit credit report access to users who require it for their role.
Admins can run credit reports the same way as standard users.
After a report is run:
Credit reports can be viewed or downloaded immediately.
Reports are automatically saved to the Attachments section of the CRM record.
Multiple bureau reports can be downloaded individually or as a ZIP file.
Each CRM record includes an iSoftpull Report Summary section showing key credit information.
Admins can control which data points appear in this summary from within the iSoftpull platform. For step-by-step instructions, see:

If updated credit data is required:
Open the Lead or Contact record.
Click Refresh Report.
As an admin, you should:
Ensure credit pulls align with internal policies and compliance requirements
Monitor which users have access to run reports
Periodically review CRM roles and permissions
If the integration is not working as expected:
Confirm the integration is installed and enabled in Zoho CRM
Verify the correct modules were selected during installation
Ensure the iSoftpull account connection step was completed
Review user permissions and roles
Contact the iSoftpull team for assistance if issues persist
