This article provides Zoho reviewers and developers with the instructions needed to install, configure, and test the iSoftpull Zoho CRM integration during the Marketplace submission review process.
The iSoftpull Zoho CRM integration allows credit reports to be pulled directly inside Zoho CRM and attached to Lead and Contact records. During testing, reports are generated using a sandbox environment and predefined test applicant profiles to validate workflow, data display, and report access.
This article is intended for Zoho developers reviewing and testing the iSoftpull integration during the Marketplace submission process.

Because the iSoftpull extension is not yet publicly listed in the Zoho Marketplace, installation must be completed using the direct installation link below.
Use the link below to install the extension into your Zoho CRM test environment:
Follow the prompts in Zoho CRM to authorize and install the extension.
During installation, you will be prompted to connect an iSoftpull account.
Use the iSoftpull test account credentials provided via the Zoho Marketplace reviewer inbox for testing purposes.
For security reasons, the test account credentials are not included in this public article.
When prompted:
Click Sign In
Log in using the test credentials provided via the Marketplace inbox
Approve the connection between Zoho CRM and iSoftpull
Complete the installation process
The iSoftpull account used in this step determines the credit reporting permissions, available bureaus, and report summary configuration used during testing.
During installation, you will be prompted to configure the integration.
Choose which Zoho CRM modules the integration should be enabled for.
Typically the following modules are selected:
• Leads
• Contacts
Review the permissions requested by the extension and approve access so iSoftpull can:
• Read CRM records
• Attach credit reports to records
• Store credit report data within Zoho CRM
Once installation is complete, the Run Credit Report button will become available on supported CRM records.
During testing, the integration operates in a sandbox environment. Only sample credit reports can be generated using the predefined test applicant profiles provided in the Marketplace submission materials.
Attempting to run a credit report using any other applicant data will result in an intentional no-hit response.
To save time, you may pre-populate a Lead or Contact record with the test applicant information before running a report. When you select Run Credit Report, the applicant details will automatically populate in the report form.
Use the predefined test applicant profiles provided in the Marketplace submission materials when generating sample credit reports.
Only the provided test applicant data will generate sample reports in the sandbox testing environment. Attempting to run a credit report using any other applicant data will result in an intentional no-hit response.
After installation, navigate to Leads or Contacts and open an existing record or create a new one using the test applicant data.
Before running the report, you may either:
• Pre-populate the required applicant information fields directly on the Lead or Contact record, or
• Enter the applicant information manually in the Applicant Information popup screen that appears when running a new credit report.
Open a Lead or Contact record.
Click Run Credit Report at the top of the record.
Select the report type and credit bureau(s).
Review the applicant information.
If the fields were pre-populated on the CRM record, the applicant information will automatically populate in the report form. If not, you may enter the required information directly in the Applicant Information popup.
Click Submit.
After submission, a results message will appear allowing you to view or download the credit report.
Once a report is successfully generated:
• A report summary appears within the CRM record showing key credit information
• Credit report files can be viewed or downloaded directly
• Reports are automatically saved to the Attachments section of the Lead or Contact record
If multiple credit bureaus were selected, reports may be downloaded individually or as a ZIP file.
This integration is designed for testing with sandbox data only.
Only the test applicant profiles provided in the Marketplace submission materials will generate sample reports.
No live or real consumer credit data is accessed during testing.
If additional information or clarification is needed during review, please contact the iSoftpull team using the support details provided in the Marketplace submission or send a message via the Marketplace portal inbox.
