This article explains how non-admin users can use the iSoftpull integration in Zoho CRM to run, view, and manage consumer credit reports directly from Lead and Contact records.
With iSoftpull enabled in Zoho CRM, you can:
Run consumer credit reports directly from CRM records
Review credit summaries and full reports inside Zoho CRM
Download and refresh reports as needed
Keep all credit data stored and organized in one place
Running a credit report is the primary way you’ll use the iSoftpull integration.
Open Zoho CRM and go to the Leads or Contacts module.
Open an existing record or create a new one.
At the top of the record, click Run Credit Report.
Select the report type and choose the credit bureau or bureaus you want to pull from.
Review the applicant’s personal information.
Available fields, such as name and address, are automatically filled from the CRM record.
Enter any additional required information:
Soft credit pull: Name and address only
Hard credit pull: Social Security number and date of birth
Submit the request to run the credit report.
You’ll see a confirmation message once the credit report has been successfully generated.
After a report is generated, you can immediately:
View the credit report
Download individual bureau reports
Download all reports together as a ZIP file (if multiple bureaus were selected)
All credit reports are automatically saved to the Attachments section of the Lead or Contact record for future access.
Each credit report includes an iSoftpull Report Summary section within the CRM record.
This summary provides a high-level snapshot of key credit information, including:
Credit score
Key tradeline details
Other important credit indicators
Note: The data shown in the report summary is configured by your iSoftpull account administrator.
If you need updated credit information:
Open the Lead or Contact record.
Click Refresh Report.
The credit report will be re-pulled and updated on the record.
To access past credit reports:
Open the Lead or Contact record.
Scroll to the Attachments section.
View or download the saved report files.
If you don’t see the Run Credit Report button or are unable to run a report:
